The shortest giant or the tallest midget?

According to some evangelastic preaching, Goliath was about 20' tall. According to good math and Google, Goliath was about 9'8" tall.

And we all wonder why David whooped him, this is because he was only half as big as he seemed.

Was he twice as large as a certain percentage of the total of the averaged summed and calculated relative size in relation to the constrictions forced on him by speed time and distance upon the human body from the generally accepted physical laws which govern our universe thus making him a specific size as a result of various factors such as geography, diet, DNA, ethnic background, era in which he lived and of course the theory of probability which states that there is probably around a 1 in 1,234,567,891,000 chance that you would walk into and meet such a fellow of such incredible dimensions on an average day in the present time in which we exist?

i would not that i should not that i could not possibly estimate the the compelexity of the height stature, area, circumfrence and BMI of a man stricken with the genetic mutation known as gigantism..for as much i have been unable to conjure up such an scientificly modified estimation, due to the fact that a man could not nor should not ever be 20 feet tall.
